Effective Oct. 1, many electronic payments made to PMLP will incur a convenience fee. Fees will be charged on payments by credit cards and e-checks. On July 22, 2024, a new mass-notification service (MNS) became available to ratepayers of the Peabody Municipal Light Plant. It is called OnSolve-CodeRED and will help PMLP communicate with customers.
