Do you ever forget where you left your glasses or why you walked into a room? Like all of us, your memory may slip from time to time. Neil Kutzen, one of New England’s most prominent memory trainers, will share simple techniques to help you remember the little things.

Essex North Shore Tech High School Presentation
Students and instructor Steven Votta from the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School HVAC program will present tips on basic home heating and air conditioning maintenance. They’ll share advice to improve your system and answer any questions.

Ask the Nurse
On the first and third Wednesday of each month, Nurse Karen Cronin from the Lynnfield Health Department will visit the center to provide free blood pressure screenings and assistance with prescriptions or other health-related questions.
When: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
