Willis Woods gets new public path

The more than 600 acres of undeveloped wooded area known as Willis Woods now has a large new public path running through it. Fire Department granted $1.2M for four new firefighters

The Fire Department received $1,199,469.08 in federal funds from the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, according to a press release from the fire department.
