Historical Society to host 250th anniversary talk about the Hannah’s flight from HMS Nautilus

John F. Leavitt's painting "The Continental schooner Hannah (1775)" depicts the first armed vessel fitted out and in the service of the United States, which will be the subject of a talk by local captain Michael Rutstein.

"The Hannah & the Nautilus – the American Revolution at Sea” will be the subject at the 7 pm meeting of the Lynnfield Historical Society on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at the Centre Congregational Church in Lynnfield.
