Pillings Pond underwent its first round of treatments for its brittle naiad growth at the end of August, Northeast at Water & Wetland Northeast Director of Business Joe Onorato said. Lynnfield floats new support for pond

The Pillings Pond Subcommittee voted unanimously to dissolve itself at its meeting Tuesday, instead opting to form a nonprofit to fundraise for the pond.
