Alleged Lynnfield murderer’s case impounded

John Kosta, 53, of Middleton, was arraigned July 29 for the murder of Timothy O’Neil of Lynnfield. Kosta returned to court last Wednesday for a probable cause hearing. Last Wednesday morning, the Lynnfield Police Department was made aware of a threat shared via social media by a Lynnfield High School student.
