Kelly joins the team with great enthusiasm, drawn to the company’s reputation for success and long-standing leadership in the industry. A proud shareholder and admirer of Warren Buffett, Kelly is excited to bring her energy and experience to the Berkshire Hathaway network.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kelly moved to the North Shore at a young age, with family ties to Salem and Marblehead. She studied broadcast journalism at Salem State University, where her early career highlights included producing a celebrity interview show at the request of former Boston Mayor Tom Menino.
Kelly’s professional journey then led her to Los Angeles, where she spent over 25 years as a Talent Manager and TV/Film Development Executive in Beverly Hills. She worked with over 250 celebrities, including Academy Award nominee Mary McDonnell, Jane Seymour, William Shatner, and Lindsay Lohan. Her impressive credits span 21 television movies, five feature films, and multiple series and specials. She also played a key role in securing U.S. rights to the Iron Chef franchise.
Beyond entertainment, Kelly is the founder of Seaology, an eco-friendly personal care brand featured on QVC, and Hollywood Style, a celebrity-inspired fashion line. She’s an active philanthropist, having co-produced the Boston Strong fundraiser in Beverly Hills and Project Rise & Shine for the Children’s Diabetes Foundation.
Recently relocated to Lynnfield, Kelly lives with her son Trevor, a pianist and collegiate golfer at Salem State University. Her daughter, Taylor Ann, remains in Los Angeles pursuing an acting career.
