MLK Service Project with Lynnfield for Love

The Lynnfield Public Library and Lynnfield for Love are excited to partner together for a wonderful Martin Luther King Jr. service project this month! We are making 75 dinner kits for My Brother’s Table. Kit items can be dropped off 1/1 through 1/16 at the Lynnfield Public Library.
We will gather in the reading room at 2:30pm on Saturday to assemble the kits while Lynnfield Library’s children’s librarian, Renee ,holds a special MLK themed story time!
Dinner kit donation items are:
snacks (chips, raisins, cookies, etc.)
Juice box
plastic forks and knives

Early childhood specialists from the North Suburban Family Resource Network lead this playgroup for children ages 18 months and older. Registration with the Family Resource Network is required. Coloring has proven to help adults and teens relax and unwind! Join us at the Library on Wednesday evenings anytime between 6-8pm for coloring club. Coloring pages, coloring bookmarks and colored pencils will be available at the main Circulation Desk. Can’t stay? No problem, grab your bookmark or coloring sheet and take it home.
