Pop Up Art School: Snowy House Luminaria
Mezzanine
6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Create a cozy winter scene that glows with warmth and creativity! In this mixed-media art lesson you’ll craft a charming snowy landscape featuring a glowing paper house nestled among wooly trees.
The base is needle felted using soft wool to mimic snowdrifts, and colorful wool is used to make snowcapped trees for a pop of winter cheer. The focal point is a small paper house, layered with torn book pages for texture.
Inside, a battery-operated candle casts a soft glow, transforming the piece into a magical luminaria—perfect for display during the cold, dark months of winter.
