Toll Brothers announces new 55+ community in Lynnfield

October 14, 2025 by Chris Carrigan Brolly

Toll Brothers, Inc. has announced the opening of a new 55+ community: Willis Brook at Lynnfield.

According to its website, Willis Brook at Lynnfield is “a low-maintenance, 55+ active-adult community… adjacent to Sagamore Springs Golf Club.” It offers private amenities and new homes with “personalization options.”

There are both single-floor and two-story single-family homes available, with full basements (with optional finishing) and two-car garages. The Toll Brothers Design Studio offers a wide range of interior design options, allowing new residents to fully customize their new home.

In keeping with it’s promise of “low-maintenance” living, lawn care and snow removal is provided by the property management.

In the future, the community will feature resort-style amenities like a heated, outdoor pool, a fitness center, and more. The community is also located near the Willis Woods hiking trails.

According to the website, homes range from 1,750-3,000 sq. ft., and prices start around $1.37 million, ranging up to $1.48 million.

For more information or to schedule a tour, contact the sales team at (866) 232-1632 or visit tollbrothers.com/luxury-homes-for-sale/Massachusetts/Willis-Brook-at-Lynnfield.
