Lynnfield Public Library hosts spooky film noir screenings this October

The Lynnfield Public Library is “getting spooky” with a new film noir screening every Thursday at 10 a.m. this October. Join Library Director Abby Porter on the Library Mezzanine to watch movies and learn about the history of film and old Hollywood.

  • Oct. 2: “The Ghost & Mrs. Muir,” starring Gene Tierney and Rex Harrison
  • Oct. 9: “Bell, Book, and Candle,” starring James Stewart and Kim Novak
  • Oct. 16: “Gaslight,” starring Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer
  • Oct. 23: “Arsenic and Old Lace,” starring Cary Grant and Raymond Massey
  • Oct. 30: “Dracula,” starring Bela Lugosi
