The online portal for viewing monthly water usage readings will be unavailable for Lynnfield Center Water District (LWCD) customers during the months of October and November.
According to an alert sent out on Monday, “LCWD will be performing maintenance on the customer portal, WaterSmart, during the months of October and November. During this time, the monthly readings will be unavailable for viewing.”
Customers will still be able to view and pay their bills, and those customers who are signed up for auto-pay will not have their automatic payments affected.
To view their monthly water usage readings customers can contact the LCWD in writing by emailing lcwd@lcwd.us.
