The Select Board met last Thursday morning to unanimously vote Wendy LaRovere to be the temporary town clerk during the interim period before newly hired clerk Stephanie Jarosz joins the team in September.
Before the announcement, Select Board Chair Phil Crawford acknowledged the loss of former Assistant Town Clerk Sue Lagorio.
“I did want to send our deepest sympathies, our thoughts, and prayers to the Lagorio family,” he said. “Sue was certainly a wonderful member of our staff who will be sorely missed.”
