Lynnfield Senior Center Calendar

Pizza & Bingo: We will be hosting an afternoon of fun with a pizza luncheon followed by a few games of BINGO! $0.25 per card with a four card maximum per game. $5 for pizza lunch due at sign up. Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 12 p.m. Sign up with Lisa.

Documentary: Aging in America, Survive or Thrive? Examining the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly aging population, focusing on ageism, health care, economic insecurity and Alzheimer’s disease; narrator Martin Sheen. Thursday, Aug. 21 at 12:15 p.m. Sign up with Lisa.

Coffee, Cookies & Conversation: Come join us for some afternoon coffee and conversation while you relax and visit with friends old and new! Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 12:30 p.m. Sign up with Lisa.

Friends Thrift Boutique: Come see what goodies we have in store for you! The shop is run by the Friends of The Lynnfield Senior Center. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. All are welcome! Donations are greatly appreciated. Swing by and score some one-of-a-kind gems you won’t find anywhere else.

Ask the Nurse: On the first and third Wednesday of each month, Nurse Karen Cronin, from the Lynnfield Health Department, will visit our center from 9:30-10:30 a.m. She will offer free blood pressure screenings and will be available to offer assistance with prescriptions and other health-related questions. Blood sugar testing is on the first Wednesday of each month. Drop in.
