Lynnfield Rec offers exciting summer programs for kids

June 24, 2025 by For The Weekly News

Lynnfield Rec’s summer programs started this week and it’s not too late to join the fun.

Here is just a sample of what Rec has to offer this summer:

Rec Jr: Perfect for our youngest participants—plenty of play, crafts, and outdoor time.

Rec Station: A full morning of games, activities, and time with friends at the middle school.

Rec Adventures: LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE- Our trip this week to Codzilla, a high-speed boat ride on Boston Harbor.

Middle School Basketball League

Only two spots left! This is a fun, low-pressure league coached by local high school students. It’s a great chance to play and improve without the stress of competition.

Afternoon Sports & Art Programs

Kids signed up for afternoon programs will be picked up directly from Rec Station. If they bring a lunch, they’ll have time to eat before the fun starts.

The following afternoon programs in both art/STEAM and sports will also be offered:

Pet Shop, Stop Motion, and Filmmaking

Volleyball, Flag Football, and Ballpark Bashers

These programs are great on their own or as an extension to your morning at Rec Station.

Register now at LynnfieldRec.com and make the most of your summer.
