4th Annual Healthy Living Expo is Saturday

May 13, 2025 by For The Weekly News

LYNNFIELD — A Healthy Lynnfield, an active community partnership working hard to prevent substance misuse and to ensure those impacted have the help they need, and The Wakefield Area Chamber of Commerce, are partnering to present the 4th Annual Healthy Living Expo.

The event is free and open to all community members and will take place on Saturday from 12 – 3 p.m. at Lynnfield Town Common.  In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held at Lynnfield Middle School.

Attendees will be able to visit with more than 40 health, wellness, and lifestyle vendors to get information and participate in interactive activities, including: chiropractors and physical therapists, speech specialists, fitness studios and health coaches, wellness coaches, dental care, health law, alternative therapies, mental health resources, and senior care.  There will also be CarFit auto adjustments, and geranium sales.

Family activities will include:

  • Bryson Lang – famous comedic juggler
  • Karate Demo by Cervizzi’s
  • Bike Rodeo
  • Therapy Dogs
  • Live Fitness Class with Mom’s Village
  • Face Painting
  • Kids’ Activities
  • Ice Cream and More

The pop-up famers market will be back, offering a variety of items, such as honey, empanadas, tea, and more.  Plus, attendees can enjoy a new floral bouquet bar.

“The Healthy Living Expo has become something many in the community look forward to every year,” said Diana DeLeo, Substance Use Prevention Coordinator, A Healthy Lynnfield.  “We are excited that our new Mega Brain will be at the Expo. A tour through this inflatable, interactive experience starts in the frontal lobe, which is responsible for personality and higher cognitive functions, and continues through the cerebellum, which controls balance and coordination.”

Gold sponsors of the 2025 Healthy Living Expo are: A.A. Dority, Chapters Recovery Center, the Think of Michael Foundation, and Wellpoint.  Silver Sponsors: Realtor Ellen Rubbico Crawford, First Financial Trust, Greater Lynn Senior Services, Lynnfield Rotary, Market Street Lynnfield, Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW), and The Savings Bank. Bronze Sponsors: bTone Fitness of Middleton, Kelly Auto, Law Offices of Alessandra Petruccelli, Lynnfield Dental Care, Torigian YMCA, and The Vault.

“We are happy to partner with A Healthy Lynnfield on this event again and are grateful for the generous support of sponsors that make it possible,” said John Smolinsky, Executive Director, Wakefield Area Chamber of Commerce.  “We encourage attendees to visit all of our sponsors and when they are at the Expo.”
