Kim Baker Donahue is running for the Lynnfield School Committee against two candidates running as a team. This is your ONE chance to vote for an independent voice who will stand up for the needs of every student and every school. Baker Donahue is committed to advocating for the resources and support that all students need to succeed. We need someone with respectful and focused collaboration with the citizens of Lynnfield. Not everyone will agree with all decisions, but if they understand how the decisions were made, it helps people accept those decisions.
Community-wide fiscal responsibility, which should incorporate innovative/creative problem solving, I believe, Baker Donahue possesses these qualities. Building consensus change happens where there is consensus, but we won’t achieve consensus without trust, accountability, and process-driven decision-making. I believe Baker Donahue possesses these qualities of a good decision-making process, trust, and accountability.
Baker Donahue’s approach is honesty, accountability, transparency, and a strong self-awareness; she has strong opinions, but she is an active listener and receptive to the feedback that we need.
Baker Donahue has sons who are in 2nd and 6th, a niece in 8th, and a nephew in 10th grade. So, she truly has her “feet on the ground” in the elementary, middle, and high schools and is committed to making sure children of all levels are provided with the resources they need to be successful now and in whatever they do once they leave the Lynnfield Public Schools. Kim is a terrific representative of the community’s commitment and dedication to the welfare of our students, no matter the grade. Thank you for your vote for Kimberly Baker Donahue.
