A report at 6:23 a.m. from a caller at 4 Locksley Road who said his neighbor is screaming, yelling and videoing him. Police spoke with the caller. The female party left for work.
Accidents
A report at 5:49 a.m. of an accident with property damage at 15 Maple St. The parties exchanged papers.
Thursday, Nov. 7
Accident
A report at 12:18 p.m. of a hit-and-run accident at 8 S Broadway. The caller reported damage to his vehicle and he checked video footage and said a vehicle hit his car and left.
Animal complaints
A report at 7:08 a.m. from a caller on Salem Street who said a bird got hit in the middle of the road. Animal control was notified.
A report at 3:07 p.m. of a dog roaming the area of 1112 Main St. Animal control was notified.
Suspicious person
A report at 11:59 a.m. of a short male in a black shirt punching himself and a light pole at Panera Bread, 430 Market St. The person was last seen between Charles Schwab and Panera. Police were unable to locate.
Wednesday, Nov. 6
Summons
Samuel Colen Pinto, 29, 72 Aborn St., Peabody, was summonsed on charges of failure to stop and yield and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Officer wanted
A report at 8:03 p.m. from a caller who said her downstairs neighbor has been ringing her door repeatedly and asking her to stop smoking. The party said she does not smoke and advised the neighbor of this and the neighbor will not stop ringing. Police spoke with both parties and advised them that any further complaints of smoking should be addressed with building management.

Neighbor dispute
A report at 4:22 p.m. from a caller at 4 Locksley Road who said his neighbor was throwing bottles over his fence. A report was taken.
Summons
Jose Ricardo Alves Deoliveira, 39, 53 Village Brook Lane, Apt. #3, Natick was summonsed on charges of larceny over $1,200 at 10 Highland Ave. at 11:17 a.m.
Accident
A report at 7:19 p.m. of an accident with property damage on Main Street at I-95 NB Exit 59. The caller said something was thrown from the highway that struck her vehicle.

Officer wanted
A request at 5:23 p.m. from a caller who said that while she was driving home on Durham Drive the previous night a male walked in front of her car and forced her to stop and began banging on her window. A log entry was made.

A request for an officer at 9:38 p.m. at 6 Cooks Farm Lane. A report was taken.
Road conditions
A report at 10:45 p.m. from a caller at 993 Salem St. who said a tree had fallen into the roadway that was obstructing the road.
Saturday, Nov. 2
Stolen property
A report at 2:41 p.m. from a Main Street caller who said political signs were stolen but did not want to speak to an officer or file a report.
A report at 10:09 a.m. from a Main Street caller who said her political sign was stolen. Police said they spoke with the caller’s husband who believes the sign could have blown off the property. Police said there were no other reports of any kind of stolen political signs.

A report of larceny at 3:57 p.m. at 102 S Broadway.
