Library offers plenty of programs to close out the month

Book Subscription Bag
Sign up from Oct. 23 through Nov. 6 to explore young adult books with the library’s Book Subscription Bag. Each bag will include two to three books specially selected by the library staff, along with snacks, goodies, and a craft.
To sign up for the November bag, visit Lynnfield Library Tween & Teen Programs. Participants must re-register for future bags.

  • Theme: Intrigue – Enjoy suspenseful murder mysteries as the weather gets chilly.
  • Pick-up: Starting Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the circulation desk.
  • Grade: 5-12
    Registration is limited, so sign up early. If you have questions or need to cancel your Book Subscription Bag, email: lfdyouth@noblenet.org.

Bead Break: Halloween Edition

  • Thursday, Oct. 24, 2:30-3:30 p.m.
    Take a break and make a Halloween-themed beaded creation. Create a new bracelet or phone strap with a variety of beads, including animal clay beads, perler beads, and more. No registration required.
  • Ages: 11-18
  • Location: Mezzanine

Lynnfield Library Building Tours
Library Director Abby Porter will give tours of the library to answer questions and showcase issues with the building’s electricity, plumbing, and roof. Tours start at the circulation desk.

    Need help with apps, devices, or social media? Staff can assist with eBooks, computer basics, and using the library catalog. No help available for broken devices or viruses. Bring devices and charging cables. Registration is recommended but not required.

The Last Tuesday Book Club

    Discuss manga, enjoy Japanese snacks, and make manga-themed crafts. Attendees vote on whether to add each month’s title to the library’s collection. November’s title is Delicious in Dungeon.

Board Game Hangout for Teens
