A summons was issued to Denis Vasquez Alvarado, 29, of Woburn, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a report of accidental property damage at 11:34 p.m. in the vicinity of Walnut Street and Bluejay Road. A caller reported a motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.
