To the editor:
On Wednesday, Sept. 11, Lynnfield will conduct its annual First Responders/911 Remembrance Day. We will honor the many men and women who put their lives on the line every day to serve and protect the residents of our great town, as well as those who made the ultimate sacrifice on Sept. 11, 2001. We must never forget or take for granted those police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel whose dedication and commitment keep us safe. The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. on the Town Common, and is open to all Lynnfield residents. It will be followed by a complimentary cookout. Please pass the word to your friend and neighbors. We look forward to seeing you.
