Fore the women golfers

August 13, 2024 by Anne Marie Tobin

The Lynnfield Recreation Department will conduct its first adult golf clinic this fall, beginning on Aug. 21. The Lynnfield Ladies Golf Clinic offers a fun and relaxed group atmosphere that’s ideal for beginner to intermediate golfers.

The first class will focus on putting fundamentals. The second will focus on short game chipping fundamentals, and the third will focus on full swings and irons. During the fourth class, golfers will learn driver fundamentals.

Each class will end with 30 minutes of play on the course. While out on the course, students will also learn basic course management and golf etiquette.

Students are required to bring their own clubs and balls. The cost is $175 for residents and non-residents.
