Friday, May 17

Summons

Michael Norris Oliver, 27, of Boston will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with registration revoked, for a number plate violation and for having an uninsured motor vehicle.

Saturday, May 18

Animal Complaint

A report of what appears to be a sick animal on the reporting party’s front lawn 12:59 p.m. Saturday at Main Street.

Fraud

A report of fraud at 1:22 p.m. Saturday at Salem Street.

Malicious Destruction of Property

A report of damage to caller’s vehicle while she was inside shopping at 2:34 p.m. Saturday at Whole Foods at 100 Market St.

Well-being Check

Calling party at 8:33 p.m. Saturday at Center Village stated that he drove by his mother’s residence and saw that the lights were on in the unit. He stated that his mother moved out months ago but still owns the residence. He stated that he went to the door and spoke to a male party who stated that he moved in yesterday. Male party stated that he closed on the property the day before and that management is aware. Calling party was advised to reach out to management for further information.

Sunday, May 19

Dumping Complaint

Caller at 9:45 a.m. Sunday at Haywood Farm reported that while out running, she saw a construction crew with a hose into the storm drain that ran from the backyard of the home. She stated the liquid looked blue. The Center Water Department and the DPW were notified.

Tuesday, May 21

Officer Wanted

Caller reported someone cutting down trees on town property at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday at Maiden Lane.

Wednesday, May 22

Fire

A report of a fire near pool equipment at 5:49 p.m. Wednesday at Essex Street.

Shoplifting

Manager reported at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday at 900 Market St. that at approximately 2:00 p.m., a shoplifting incident occurred.

Thursday, May 23

Arrest

Caesar J Balzotti Jr., 34, was arrested at 5:05 a.m. Thursday for an out-of-town warrant and for trespassing.
